In concert with her current exhibition of paintings, Heimlich, LA-based artist Margarete Hahner converses with Antonio Beecroft. Highlighly influenced by her Catholic childhood growing up in Bavaria, the theme is connected to the German word, Heimlich, meaning secretive and/or cozy. Freud referenced Heimlich to invoke “buried beneath.” Exhibition continues through April 15.
